Welcome to Waikanae Commercial Cleaning Services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all residential and commercial cleaning services provided by Waikanae Commercial Cleaning Services. By booking any service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Introduction

By booking or using our cleaning services, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services as outlined on our website.
All services are subject to staff availability and may change without notice.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided (online, by phone, or in person) are estimates only.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, or additional requirements of the property.
  • Any additional tasks or time will be discussed before proceeding.
  • All pricing is in NZD and include GST.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Customers must provide accurate details when making a booking.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Late cancellation or no-show may incur a $50 fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to health and safety issues, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the day of service for one-off jobs and window cleaning.
  • For regular services, payment is due within 20 days of the invoice date.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer and Cash
  • Overdue invoices may incur late fees or debt recovery costs.

6. Access to Property

  • Customers must ensure safe and secure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
  • If access is not possible, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.
  • All pets must be secured for the safety of staff.

7. Health & Safety

  • We follow all WorkSafe NZ safety guidelines.
  • Our cleaners will not move heavy furniture, clean hazardous/high-risk areas, or handle dangerous materials.
  • Customers must notify us of any risks, alarms, or special instructions prior to cleaning.

8. Damage & Breakages

We take care when working on your property. However:

  • Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours, with photo evidence.
  • Liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items in unstable condition.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24–48 hours.
We will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge, provided the issue is within the scope of the original service.

10. Privacy

We collect only basic personal information required to provide our services (name, address, phone number, email).
We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

  • As required to complete a booking
  • For invoicing
  • When required by law

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Waikanae Commercial Cleaning Services is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Loss of profit, data, or business opportunities

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
